Select many rows of one table

Sometimes I need to del many rows or columns of one table in the VS.NET IDE like in Dreamweaver or frontpage(Shift+...)
1-Is it possible?
2-How?
3-By the way for professional web design (ASP.NET webForms)
which software do u prefer?
