rs232.vb in aspweb application??!!!

hi..i was wondring if i can use the rs232.vb or the code in the link http://www.codeworks.it/net/index.htm inside an ASPweb aplication . i tried to add the item Rs232.vb inthe form but i'm having some problem.. the port is opend and not closed. i'm trying to open port 4 to communicate with a cell phone . the rs232.vb is working well in the windows application
 
If the web application is opening the com port correctly then you may need to check that your code closes it afterwards - are you storing the object in a session or similar?
