Request skine that support RTL Layout

which skin designer applications (for .net 2005) support Right To Left Layout and office 2007 view? :rolleyes:
 
some skin builder dont support rtl
like as dotnetbar, dotnetmagic, dotnetskin,...
please give me one that support rtl :(
or tell me how can i change color and shape of forms' border
