I have created a user control - in the ascx page, i have included the cache directive '<%@ OutputCache Duration=86400 VaryByParam="none" %>'
In the page that uses the control, i need to reference public members of the control - without caching it works fine, but as soon as the control is cached, i get an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error...
Obviously this is due to the fact that the control is not loaded again, as it is in cache. How do i get a reference to the cached control?
