Redistributable .NET Framework does't not include Crystal Report engine?

I was installed Redistributable .NET Framework in new server and copied my ASP.NET application, but error occur when I try to access my application.

I need to install VS.NET in order for my application to run... but I don't think this is the solution because VS.NET is not free.

Anyone help?

Check out this thread - I believe the problem is you need to create a setup project with the merge-modules for Crystal Reports.
