Readings files off the 'net?

How would I go about reading the contents of a text file off the internet? ie; http://www.url.com/file.txt

You'll need to download the file prior to reading it. This is encapsulated in the [msdn]System.Net.WebClient[/msdn].DownloadFile() [msdn]System.Net.WebClient[/msdn].DownloadData() methods.
