Read HTML page

Is there anyway I can read HTML page over internet using VB.NET or ASP.NET?

like normal text file, but this is HTML page of a website.
So, instead of provide the path of the text file, now we should provide a URL of a page.

Thank you very much! the link should be end with 'aspx' rather than 'aspxa' right?
