Permission

I have an access database in the virtual directory that was assigned to the Default Website setting in the IIS. The problem comes when I try to insert data into the database. It keeps telling me that I do not have permission to view the data. What are the steps that must perform to grant myself permission to not only view data in this database but to insert data as well. Any help given is greatly appreciated.
 
Grant NTFS read/write/modify permissions to the file. This is usually done in Windows Explorer by right-clicking the file, selecting properties, and then the "Security" tab.
