I am using inpout32.dll to read and write to the paralell port - however, finding that the reads are somewhat slow. Specifically, from a quadrature encoder.
Up to a certain point, the data is reliable - however, degrades and I increase the speed.
Does anyone have any experience reading/writing to paralell port for data acquisition, can advise?
