Packed Decimals

HELP

I have a problem, i have been given a file genereated by Microfocus cobol.

Most of the data i can extract ok, except for a couple of fields which are 4 bytes long. i have tried a number of unpack routines but none seem to be working

any help would be much appreciated i am currently running the app in vb.net

Without actually seeing the data or what the unpacked representation should be it is going to be difficult for anyone to offer any real advice.
