All you need to do with the non-SQL Server portions of your app are copy and paste them in the location you want them to sit permanently. It is that easy.
As far as deploying SQL Server, I assume you are copying a db from one server to another. The easiest way to do that is to right click Databases in Enterprise Manager. Go to All Tasks and then Copy Database Wizard. This will immediately copy an entire db from one server to another without you having to do much of anything.
