packaging and deploying a .net application

I was wondering how I make a setup program that has my vb.net application and all the necessary dlls and the .net framework that can be installed onto a computer that I want to instal my program.

You need to add a setup project to your solution. There, you can specify any dependencies to include, dlls, help files, ect.
