Outlook Style Controls

Does anybody have any recommendations on a company with great Outlook style controls (menu/navigation bar) ? I have already looked at ComponentArt, but I'd like to look elsewhere at the same time.

then you have janusys, at least the grid and panel are outlook like...

Actually one of the semi-regulars on here has made really great Office 2003 style controls. And IIRC you only have to pay for them if you charge (or profit) on your app.
