New User Profile Field: .NET Framework Version

Can a new user profile field, .NET Framework Version, be added? I'd like to see it set as required, along with all the other .NET related profile fields, but I'm probably asking too much.
 
Since we have the impending upgrade to vBulletin 3 coming I doubt it will happen before that, but I do agree it is something we should look into.

As far as making it a required field goes, we have talked about before, but maybe we can talk about it again after the upgrade.
 
vB 3 was sucessfully installed to make sure it was compatible with some of the changes I made to the db here.
I just have to find time to upgrade the main site.
Hopefully next weekend. Not only will the forum be upgraded, but, we will be moving to Windows 2003 installed on a server I just rebuilt. We will be apart and seperate from EXVBF soon.
 
I like the idea of this user profile field, and doing it though vB3 is coming soon is no big deal. Profile fields are part of the database, and so no code hack is required; they will even be imported into vB3 during the upgrade process.
