Hi,
is there a way to send some info similar to NetSend, to multiple users so that they can't miss this "box". It would be used in a closed network environment.
In a scenario like this:
someone needs five users from one office to close their Access app, and they need to do it immediately!!

Well, yes, but you would have to be running a server on each of the systems. With netsend there is an actual Windows Service that must be running. XP used to come with it enabled by default and people would receive all kinds of SPAM messages if they weren't behind a firewall.

So, again, you would have to write a program that receives network requests. You could then have it fire up a simple message box or something like that.

Yes, we have a firewall. Messenger service is supposed to be started automatically, if not, we could probably start it with SMS on client computers.

I have a question regarding NetSend. Is there a way to force the popup on top of all other opened windows?
