I think i saw a discussion about this before, but it didn't seem to bring any clarity...

Is there a way to package the .Net framework with your program so that it can be installed on peoples machines who dont yet have it?

Include the .NET redistributable in the installation package.

I think that he wants to know how to package the Frameworks. I would tell you, but I haven't packaged anything yet.
