.NET Framework License Agreement?

Does anyone know where i might find the .NET Framework License Agreement? I am working very heavily on some projects and i wanted to make sure i am in full compliance with the agreement. I just cant find a copy of it. Anyone know where i can get this so i can read it? Thanks!
