need help with errormessage

hi all!

does anyone ever had or heard this errormessage?

VFW_E_CERTIFICATION_FAILURE

Use of this filter is restricted by a software key. The application must unlock the filter

I get this one if i try to load an ASF file with that filename property
of the Mediadet class from the Interop.Dexterlib assembly

hope someone can help me out here!!
