my program only work on my system

Hello,

I am a newb. I made an exe and it works fine, but only on my system. When I try to send it to any of my friends, they get errors like : 'application failed to iniitzie properly 0xc0000145'

I am not sure what I have to do to make this exe run on other systems that dont have .NET.

Second questions is, do i need to recompile it on an NT to run it on NT, and on w2000 to run it on that? If you can give me a URL or some basic instructions what i have to do and where to find it.

They have to have the .NET runtime installed on their machine (which is about 20 megs I think) to run any program compiled in .NET...

As for your second question: No. A .NET Framework application
can be run on any system with the .NET Framework runtimes (the
link wyrd provided) installed.
