MSDE setup?

I've downloaded MSDE on a new box and need to install it. I recall reading a while back about having to edit an ini file as to set the password or something, so the errors I'm getting will go away and so I can actually install this thing.

Does anyone know about editing an ini file?

Just use notepad to edit .ini files.
