Does anyone know why I would be getting this error message?

It seems to only appear when switching from code view to designer view or when the designer view is being closed down.

Any help or info on why Im getting this error and how I could prevent it would be much appreciated,

I used to get that error all the time with VS .NET 2002. I do not know what was causing it. But, now that I have upgraded to 2003, I no longer get this error. You should look into upgrading and make sure you have all the latest updates and service packs for .NET Framework installed.

The VS .NET 2003 upgrade is currently only $29.00. Just go to http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/howtobuy/upgrade/vstudio03/default.aspx for information on upgrading.
