When I try to open a project after that I get the error
which reads

An error occured while loading the document. Fix
the error, and then
try loading the document again. The error message
follows:

Method not found: System.object[]
system.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.GetObjectsForNativeVariants
(IntPtr,Int32).

i have reinstalled the .net framework and updated the framework with service pack 2 but still the error persists. no matter i open any of the new projects viz: VB.net, C# , VC++, web based or windows application, etc
