Major Problem

I have made some test programs using vb.net from the book that came with it.

Now I have sent it to 5 different people and I am finding out it wont run on any of their computers.

What is wrong with this? I will attach the program I have been sending them and you can test it :S

Do they have the .Net Framework installed?

I dunno, but a few of them told me something about .net

Im really getting annoyed with this, I spent alot of time working on this problem I have started and it better work on people's computers with out them having to download all kinds of things before it will work... I will be really annoyed if I spent this $90 on this vb.net program and its going to end up being useless to me.
