Listbox output on buttonclick

Hello... I'm a beginner in VB.net and I need help with this for an extra credit question. It's probably something real simple, but after searching around I can't find anything.

I need an output of a new window listbox after a button click.

I have the data going to a listbox in the current form, but I need a new listbox to popup.
