As far as I know you can not set the scroll amounts for the scroll bars on a scrollable control. The scrollbars in VBA had a LargeChange and SmallChange property, but you don't have direct access to the scrollbars with a scrollable control. If I am right, then I would suppose that the easiest way to get the level of control you want would be to implement your own scrolling.
