Does anyone know whether Microsoft are phasing out the .chm files in favour of the .hxs help files?
Presumably the Microsoft Document Engine framework that powers the msdn is going to become an important part of the help system.

Hmm - the download is a whole load of documentation on how to integrate with Visual Studio help...but no tool
