Integrate vb.net and vc++ in vs2005

Hello again...
i am here again to disturb u!!!!!!!!!

I have two projects made in vc++ & vb.net of visual studio 2005

now i a third project in vb that integrates above two.

I HAVE SEARCHED GOOGLE and result is negative
 
We're gonna need more info to go on than that. What kind of interface does the C++ project expose? Is it managed? COM? None of the above? The approach varies depending on the nature of each project and how they need to interact.
