How to set hotspots from a quicktime vr

How is possible to set hotspots from a quicktime vr aplication in Visual Basic.Net? This is the way i open the quicktime vr file, Me.quick.SetURL("...\file.mov"). But I need to set the hotspots from that aplication and i don't knowm how to do it.
