How to email data from a web form

Hey all,

I'm new to ASP.net so I'm not familiar with how to email data collected from a form. I'm gonna take a guess that there's a nice built in method somewhere, and that I just don't know what it is lol

Can anyone fill me in? The form is complete and all validation is done, now all that's left is to collect the data and email it

This subject as been LARGELY documented over this forum.
Look a little and you'll find something and even more than you tought.
 
I didn't quite catch that, did you say it's been largely documented? LOL jk

thanks for the info, I actually ended up finding the answer in a textbook a moment after posting that. It's nice when a textbook actually DOES have the answer you're looking for
