How to do Splitters that can be hided or not

I wonder how can I do the kind of splitters that have an arrow in the middle and you can hide or show (depending on if it's hided or not) one of it's containers by clicking this arrow.

theres a splitter you can add from the toolbox, and maby come coding with xxx.hide & xxx.show ?
 
I have looked all the members and I don't find any option which makes me think it could be that...

And I have another problem with splitter, when I do this:

split->Location = System::Drawing::Point(0,50);

To make the splitter start in a certain possition of the screen I should use Location, don't I? It doesn't make anything, as If I didn't put that line. Why?
