How to create help file using vb.net coding

now i do some research about how to create help file using vb.net coding. i found many third party mean software tool sell in market to create help file but i not prefer for this. Now i need some help from u all about guideline to create winhelp file.thnk!
 
Check out a product called nDoc

It works from the auto-generated XML document you can configure in the project properties. I don't recall the exact steps to get started, but there's some tutorials here:

This is more developer-centric - the results that are output look like the MSDN help files.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but it's a start.
