How do you print a file?

Hey guys i can't find an example that will show me how to print a file

i want to be able to show a preview of this file and yeah allow the user to print it, more specifically i'm dealing with .html files, so they're plain ones so yeah any ideas how i feed the file into a print preview dialog and print it?
