How do I restart IIS programatically

I have tried shell opening a batch file with:

net stop iisadmin
net start iisadmin

But although it doesn't error, it doesn't do anything, either.

i belive iisreset is the command needed to reset iis in cmd.... so If you know how to call it, you'll be ok(i hope)
