Help With Newbie!!!!!

Hi, I am a newbie to VB.NET. I am making a program and as an added security feature I would like it to send me an email whenever anyone loads it. Can anyone help?

Look up the System.Web.Mail namespace in the help. It requires Windows 2000 or XP, but does what you need.
