Help needed on encoding

I've create a windows form with some Chinese text on it.

I can save it using 'Save with encoding' and choose the encoding I want.
Also, I can create a Deployement project to deploye this form, and the installed program shows the right text.

But, the problem is: when I come back to edit the original project (windows form), the text is un-readable.

Can someone help me with that?
