Good morning for all:

Since two days ago, i was trying to FULLY uninstall the VS .Net, with no luck. I did the normal procedure
--> Control Panel --> add or Remove programs etc. then i manually delete every single folder i found in the program files, local setings, application data ... and when i re-install it, my old configuration remains, as well as my last projects and customizations. I don't know what else to do.

I'm doing this because, after installing other updates (i guess the Net framework update) i lost access to see my databases, as well the possibilitiy to create any other kind of connection. needless to say trying to create datasets or adapters.

When i click on my server's name to display my dbs, a pop up window appear asking me to enter a password... But i have no password!!! , i'm using the System autentication mode. So i check the box with the option "Use Windows NT Integrated security", i click ok and it closes, but nothing happens, when i click it again whole thing repeat.

I don't know what happened. Now i can't create any kind of connection, sql, odbc, jet etc. neither to access any of my dbs :(
Please if some one have any idea (Except to Format the PC) i really will appreciate it. I'm just pulling my hair off.

Deeply thanks

Robby :
First of all i want to thank you for the time you took to reply this post.
Regarding the Account ASPNET. Yes it has a no restrictions within its scope, i mean limited account. The other acount.... i guess i don't have or i don't know where to look for.
Any ways if i erased, why when i re-install it, It didn't created the account again?.

Besides that, i would like to tell you why i'm almost sure that the problem is not in my SQL server, as any one may think.
Before my (failed) attemps to Uninstall VS .Net, first i try to eliminate any chance that the problem weren't there. So i create two small apps. One in MS Access (*.adp) and other in VB 6. in both i had no problems to access data needless to say with the connection either.

Actually, i don't want to fix it, i just want to get rid of it. and wait for someday i need to Format my pc, and i will re-install it.

If you don't mind, i would like to make a second question.

It is possble to convert a project made in VS Arch. to VS pro. ?
I'm asking this because i want to know if besides all these head-aches, i also lost my money :(

Deeply thanks
