Framework directory

I just reinstalled .Net Enterprise Architect and also the dotnetfx 1.1. I've having trouble trying to create a new web project, saw some suggestions about using C:/Windows/Microsoft .Net/Framework/aspnet_regiis -i
but i just can't find the Framework in my Microsoft .Net directory. Anyone can help?

Mine is located at C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\aspnet_regiis.exe /i ... Obviously, WINNT will be WINDOWS or WINNT depending on OS version.

I was stupid enough to keep searching the Framework directory in C:\Program Files\Microsoft .Net instead of C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net and thinking i was looking at the right place...sorrie abt this post...EEKS! thanks for the prompt reply though.
