If your user wants to run it, can't he go to it in the start menu or where ever a shortcut was created and run it himself. The .NET deployment projects don't include a "Run [Your Project Name Goes Here] after setup" checkbox in the last page of the wizard, but its not the end of the world, just a minor inconvinience.
