Enable/Disable Predefined Menus

I'm facing the problem with menus. They r Predefined (Created at design time)and i want to retrieve rights from table and enable / disable them after login but where is the name property???
if u got any soln. do let me know. I'll be grateful.

how do i use this name property in my code.
in this line where do i find name property. GN_MDIMain.DefInstance.Menu.MenuItems
