Dropdown button

I was curious if someone could point me to a solution for how to accomplish an Outlook Style dropdown button. Outlook uses it to allow a user to select from any one of 3 different ypes of addresses for a contact. I have attached a sample of what I am looking for.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Couldn't you just display a thoughtfully positioned context menu when a button is clicked, or is the some more sophistocated functionality that I'm missing?
