Is it possible to do a dos project in vb or in c++. If it is , wich project I have to select. I tryed concole project of VB but it say the program can't run in dos mode( When I restart and I go in dos without windows).

Its not possible. Why would you make DOS programs under .NET framework

You need Windows to run .NET framwork, or in future Linux when they complete the implementation. Cant run .NET Framework without it.

Go to www.go-mono.org for the Linux implementation of .NET. As far as I know console programs should run just fine.
