My application does not start on other systems.
I start a windowsapplication, i add abutton to the form, I put it in release mode. platform is set to .net (the only option).
I build, I try, and it works perfecly !, but not on my friends pc, or other pc;s with similar OS . What is the prolbem.
It states : can not initialize.
Anybody has some pointers what I am overlooking? I;m an novice.
