do an action after hibernation

Just as the topic says, I'm trying to perform some action after my computer comes out of hibernation. This is only for my own use, so if Windows has some sorta scheduling feature for that sorta thing (or even some 3rd party app), that would be good enough. I could use code given in just about any programming language, but it's hard to find a forum that's programming language independant, and VB.NET is my language of choice, so I'm posting here.

The longer story is that my computer comes back from hibernation thinking it's still whatever time it was when I hibernated it. This means that if I hibernate it for an hour, the clock is an hour behind when it comes back on (this could be related to my habit of unplugging it after I hibernate it, but I'm not sure). What I want to do is update the system time with the time at a time server automatically when it comes back from hibernation. The part about updating the time is taken care of. I just need to find a way of automatically doing it when the computer comes out of hibernation.
