DirectX 9 Visual Basic Wizard

I am having difficulty getting the "DirectX 9 Visual Basic Wizard" from New Project to run, it comes up with a blank window (see attachment), and stays that way locking up the environment until I click close on the blank window, then the folowing message appears;

"Navigation failed. Cannot find C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET\Vb7\VBWizards\Mdx9AppWizard\HTML\1033\defalt.htm"

On inspection I find there is no 1033 directory, other than this, Direct X SDK seems ot be installed correctly as far as I can tell (all the samples compile correctly)

Can anyone suggest anything that may fix this problem?

Edit: by the way I tryed uninstalling and reinstalling the SDK, it hasn't fixed it

actually, ive gotten this to work now.. i went to the temp directory that the installer extacted files to and copied all the relivant files into place in my VB dir, it seems to work now.
