Deployment on windows CE, NOT CE.NET

I've recently completed development of a program for use on a Windows CE handheld computer, using Visual Basic.NET. I've been trying unsuccessfully to deploy my program to the HHPC (a Husky fex21) via the deploy option in Visual Studio. I’ve tried also installing the .NET compact framework on the Husky but this also fails.

OK So, i seem to have found out how to do it, using eMbedded visual basic with an SDK for windows CE 3.0 ...... but i have a new problem!! the SDK, which i got from a link from a LEGENDARY microsoft engineer doesnt seem to run in eMbedded, althought both have been fully installed. is there a specific folder that i need to install the sdk (or embedded for that matter). :confused: if anyone knows what the hell is going on i'd be really grateful for some help!!
