Deployment Explaination...

Does anyone know of someplace I can find an explaination of VS .NET deployment that is a little easier to follow than the MSDN? I think I get where it takes you but, it's still not working so I'm sure I'm missing something.

I was looking for something that might give a little clearer explinantion of incorperating the .NET framework along with the installation package.
