Date Picker Highlight Pay Days

I dont know if this is even possible but here it is......

I want to use a datepicker to enter a date but on the calendar I want it to highlight every second Friday in RED.

Any help would be greatly appreciated......

Oh This a a Windows application.
 
i guess in the component one for .net there is a calendar that make this job, you select a date and can change the color do you like...
