Create a plugin for internet explorer

I have created a program that works in a form and i need to enable it to run into internet exploer as embeded content. How can I do it? (I want to make a plugin such as flash's)

Are you trying to run this as part of a page like a flash or java applet or are wanting to make it run in the browser as a full application.
