Control to connect to FTP Site

Can anyone tell me if there is a control included in VB.net that can connect to an ftp site and download files. I'm working on an application that uses txt files from an ftp site that are updated regularly. I would like to use vb.net if possible.

Any help is appreciated.

There is nothing included with the framework that does this, but there are countless free FTP components out there on the web if you do a search.

That's my next job, to look for a free ftp component. so far i found one that isn't free. thanks for the info!
