Clear error E_UNEXPECTED(0x8000FFFF)

This occurs once in a while on my server

While I am trying to prevent it, I am also looking for a way to clear it. It seems the only way is to reboot.

I am reasonably sure it comes from a cross-thread that occures within a .dll
